Job Title: 2025 Technology Analyst Program - Quality Assurance Testing Technology Analyst Program – Quality Assurance The Fiserv Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2-2.5-year period. Each assignment will build on the other and provide a breadth of experience within Fintech. The program offers extensive training, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and exposure to senior leadership, positioning you for advancement within Fiserv upon completing the program. What does a successful Quality Assurance Analyst do? We are looking for a proactive analyst to join our team! This track within the Technology Analyst Program will give you opportunities to develop and execute test plans that ensure the quality delivery of our software and data applications. You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Military-affiliated applicants encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, Guard/Reservists). What you will do: Plan and design complex testing scripts that ensure the quality of our software solutions. Script, execute, debug, and report results of testing processes. Use curiosity and research to create new tools and testing procedures. Learn and apply emerging technologies in mobile payments, cloud computing, information security, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and converging markets. What you will need to have: Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program with a Technology or Mathematics major.

3.0+ GPA.

0-2 years of professional work experience. Experience with API Testing, MS Test, or NUnit, and utilizing Test Driven Development (TDD). What would be great to have: Ability to handle diverse workloads and multiple deadlines. Experience in Excel and PowerPoint and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly.
