Salary: $20-$25/Hr. Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Administrative for a Mortgage Lender company located in Aliso Viejo. Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Fulltime Pay: $20-$25/Hr. Schedule: M-F 1st 5:00AM-1:30PM Responsibility: • Answer incoming phone calls to create a positive client experience • Accurate and timely data entry • Filing & organizing documents • Supporting Sales, Loan & Investment Processing, and Loan Servicing staff to include: o Prepare and send borrower loan packages o Order insurance, credit, integrity, and title reports o Prepare Investment Closing packages o Senior Lien check and insurance follow up o Send out collection and distribution notices Requirements: • Detail oriented • Great work ethic, sense of humor, organized, trustworthy, energetic, and self-motivated applicant • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Bilingual is a plus • Effective communication skills including verbal & written • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and other departments Benefits of working with Express include medical benefits, training, and scholarship opportunities.
