We are looking for a proactive Administrative Clerk to work collaboratively with our team. You need to be highly organized, adaptable and able to prioritize tasks while working independently. This position is located in Westerville, Ohio. Must be willing to learn new things and handle a varied workload without dropping the ball. Majority of our business is with new home builders and HVAC contractors. Office environment is very casual and down to earth. Previous experience in the construction industry a huge benefit, but not required. Training will be provided for the successful candidates.

Primary Responsibilities

· Work collaboratively with team to maximize productivity

· Read and understand construction plans (training provided)

· Perform energy simulations (training provided)

· Access digital files from builder website and upload to Tacoma website

· Review reports for missing information, research and complete

· Report updates verbally and in written form to management

· Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email

· Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously

Requirements and Qualifications

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving

· Able to proactively address potential issues

· Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite

· Able to work independently with little supervision

· Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

· Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

· Extremely hard working

· Ability to read and interpret construction plans (preferred)

· Ability to create a building model in a software by reading and interpreting architectural building drawings, technical specifications, and equipment cut sheets and include into model (preferred; training provided)
