A Denver Security Guard License with an Armed Endorsement is required for this position. Our company will provide the required training and support you through the process of adding the company‑specific armed endorsement. Learn more about Code 4 at Schedule Overnight shifts: Mon - Sun, 6 pm to 6 am Compensation Base pay range: $24.00/hr – $26.00/hr (Armed shifts). Expected starting wage: $24–$26 per hour for armed shifts, based on experience. Responsibilities Actively conduct frequent checks and patrols throughout shifts. Provide excellent customer service to clients, colleagues, and patrons. De‑escalate and/or escort off the premises unruly patrons or unauthorized personnel. Monitor and control access at entrances/exits and vehicle gates. Identify, document, and report any unusual activity, violations, accidents, physical property damage, theft, or disturbances on site. Prepare reports in electronic format. Communicate effectively with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel as needed. Effectively use proper radio protocols to communicate with leads, management, and other site officials and staff. Adhere to the Use of Force statutes and regulations. Follow all Code 4 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additional duties may be assigned and functions may be modified based on business needs. Requirements Must be 23 or older and have a valid driver license. High School Diploma/GED preferred. Denver Security Guard License – Armed Endorsement. Duty Belt. Approved Handgun (9mm, 40 S&W, or 45 ACP). Duty Holster (Level II or higher). Dual Mag Holster. Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus. Military/First Responder experience is a plus. Must possess effective written and oral communication skills. Professional attitude and appearance. Punctual and reliable. Must consistently demonstrate emotional control and good judgment in all situations. Work in various environments including heat, rain, snow. Able and willing to stand, walk, and run as needed. Occasionally bend/twist to perform various duties. Job site locations vary; personal transportation is required.
