NOW HIRING ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER FOR OUR RALEIGH, NC LOCATIONS WITH A STRONG BACKGROUND IN SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, COACHING, AND TRAINING !

GUARANTEED 40+ HOURS, Hourly Pay, Paid Time Off, Quarterly Raises, Seniority Raises, Cash Contests, & Bi-Weekly Bonuses! Base Pay $16 - $18/hr...up to $28/hr with bi-weekly bonus.

European Wax Center is looking for the next Assistant SalesManager to join our growing team to deliver exceptional, personalized services to our guests, while leading the team to success. To succeed in this role, you must meet and/or exceed the following:

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Responsible for managing the Reservation Book with regards to the guest's requests and associate's availability.
• Responsible for educating and selling all guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• Responsible for educating all guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365™ and demonstrating products on guests.
• Responsible for educating guests on current in-center promotions.
• Responsible for maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals.
• Responsible for training, coaching, and developing Beauty Sales Associates, as well as Wax Specialists
• Responsible for creating a positive work environment and maintaining the culture at work.
• Responsible for measuring the team's success through KPIs, sales trackers, one on ones, weekly meetings with management, etc.
