Assistant Residence Supervisor
Brooklyn, NY | $20–23/hr | Full-Time (40 hours)
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Residence Supervisor to join our team in Brooklyn. In this role, you’ll support the Residence Supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of a group home for individuals with developmental disabilities.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and guide Direct Care staff, kitchen, and maintenance teams
Manage scheduling, payroll, and staff coverage
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
Partner with the Supervisor on training, performance reviews, and employee relations
Support residents with community inclusion, daily living skills, and recreational activities
Provide direct care and emergency coverage when needed
What We’re Looking For:
High School diploma required; Associate’s in Human Services preferred
2+ years supervisory experience, ideally in a social services or residential setting
Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, and overnights)
Valid NYS driver’s license required
