• Work with teams across departments to understand goals, gather requirements, and support data-driven decision making
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive improvements
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to help visualize business performance
• Document workflows, user stories, and business processes
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders, project managers, and developers
• Help test and validate new solutions or improvements to existing systems
  

• A Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• An interest in solving business problems using data and analysis
• Familiarity with tools like Excel or Google Sheets (SQL or Power BI is a plus, not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
  

• Internship, academic, or project experience in analysis, operations, or consulting
• Exposure to project management or product lifecycle basics
• Any experience with tools like SQL, JIRA, Tableau, or Agile methodology
