The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and t he ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. The COO may consult on an as-needed basis with the Partners or any member of the Firm for specific purposes in coordination with the CEO. The COO’s responsibilities, which may be altered or added to from time to time, are described in more detail below.

The COO should assist the CEO in recruitment efforts, training lawyers, legal and non-legal professionals, and improving the total quality of the practice of law for the Firm’s attorneys.
