About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to take on a pivotal role in unifying and scaling the full revenue engine, with a focus on Sales and Customer Success/Account Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a unified go-to-market strategy, driving strategic sales, and implementing a performance-driven approach to revenue metrics. This role requires a mission-driven leader who is adept at building and leading high-performing teams, and who can work closely with the executive team to shape the company's growth. The CRO will also be instrumental in driving cross-sell and upsell initiatives, ensuring partner retention, and maximizing renewals, all while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. The ideal candidate for the CRO position at the company will have a proven track record as a C-level revenue leader, with experience in integrating Sales and Customer Success and strong alignment with Marketing in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment. They should be strategic operators, data-driven thinkers, and adept at building and coaching teams. Preferred experience includes scaling revenue teams in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments, and a deep understanding of GTM metrics. The role demands a leader who is a deep operator, with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue scoreboards, and who has a history of high-impact collaboration, particularly with Marketing and Product. The CRO will be expected to have strong people leadership abilities and a history of leading teams through transformation and integration efforts.
