Earn $30.31-$33.68/hour plus overtime with Monday-Saturday operations, working an average of 4-5 days per week. Start times between 1am-6am.What We OfferCompetitive Pay: $30.31 to $33.68 per hour depending on experience, plus overtime compensationExcellent Benefits: Health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insuranceRoutes: Local, Home DailyPaid Training: Comprehensive training programs with payCareer Growth: Culture and history of promoting from withinRecognition: Service recognition and employee rewards programsExcellent Leadership: Continuous improvement focus and supportive managementWhat You'll DoSafely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery timesCarefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areasVerify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signaturesHandle collections and payments from customers when applicableProfessionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experiencePerform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspectionRequirementsAge: Must be at least 21 years of ageLicense: Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualificationsExperience: Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industryTransmission: Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locationsLanguage: Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and recordsFMCSA Clearinghouse: Must register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse (required by the Department of Transportation)Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs.
