Position Overview:

US Foot & Ankle Specialists is hiring a Clinical Manager to oversee our outpatient clinics across multiple locations. This leadership role is perfect for someone with strong medical office management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Clinical Manager Required Responsibilities

• Manage clinical teams of 15–20+ staff (hiring, training, and performance reviews)
• Oversee scheduling, accountability, and staff development
• Ensure compliance with EMR, HIPAA, insurance, billing, and MIPS standards
• Create and update workflows and training protocols for efficiency
• Partner with physicians to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Provide leadership across locations and step in to support clinic operations when needed

Clinical Manager Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years medical office management (multi-site preferred)
• 4+ years of managing a team
• Strong background in insurance, billing, and EMR systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Pay

• $70,000 - $78,000 Salary, depending on experience
