What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: $23.00-$25.00

• Shifts Available: Saturdays & Sundays 6:00am-2:00pm

Your Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing daily living activities and services that align with each resident's individual service plan. The Stellar way is founded on kindness, professionalism, and an unwavering respect for the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Exceptional Resident Care and Support for Daily Activities of Living (ADLs) and Personal Hygiene
• Responding to Patient Call Lights with Compassion and Assistance
• Understanding Resident Preferences, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions to Ensure Their Appropriate Diet
• Recording Vital Signs as Needed
• Promptly Notifying the Nurse of Any Changes in Resident Conditions

Qualifications:

• Current CNA or HCA Certificate
• A Can-Do Attitude with a Willingness to Exceed Expectations for Our Residents
• Ability to Work Effectively Both in a Team Environment and Independently
• A Genuine Passion for Supporting Seniors
