Job Details

• Estimate new projects, then perform project management with a Superintendent that runs the field
• Ensure accurate/quality/competitive/profitable estimates, evaluate risks, estimate from blueprints, proposals, specs/scopes/contracts/drawings/budgets, bid docs/strategies/deadlines, and follow estimating procedures
• Lead/coordinate projects/teams, client/sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources
• Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Assistant Project Manager on commercial painting projects
• Estimating software experience
