Client/Company:

My client is a well-established general contractor based in Cleveland, OH, with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across Northeast Ohio. They specialize in large-scale, ground-up developments and are known for their commitment to safety, collaboration, and building strong client and trade partner relationships.

They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large, complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Compensation : $125k-$165k+

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and scope management plans.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in ground-up, large-scale projects.
• Proven success managing multimillion-dollar builds, preferably in retail, office, or mixed-use sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore , Bluebeam , or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Cleveland/Northeast Ohio construction market is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
