BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Customer Service-Collections for an opportunity in Phoenix, AZ 85040!

Position Title: Customer Service-Collections

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85040

Anticipated Start Date: 07/14/2025

Job Type: Direct Hire-Permanent Role

Pay Rate: $19-$24 hr on W2

Job Type: Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As a Collections Team member, you’ll coordinate the activities of collecting delinquent payments for auto loan accounts from customers.
• The main function of a collector is to locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts to solicit payment.
• A typical collector is responsible for receiving payment, preparing statements to the credit department if the customer doesn’t respond, and keeping records of collection
• Good analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Intermediate MS Office skills in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface work autonomously and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Knowledge of and Compliant with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, local, state, and federal collection laws.
