We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with an eye for creativity, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer requests and communicating clearly throughout the print process.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer requests and documenting their desires
• Organizing jobs that need to be processed and working with the production team to ensure jobs are being completed
• Provide recommendations to customers based on your observations
• Create quotes and invoices for customers and process payment
• Be friendly and patient with customers in a retail setting

Job Types:

Part-time, Full-time

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Experience level:

• No experience needed

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Work setting:

• In-person

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Austin, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
