• Preparing case files for use of the Court
• Enter filings received from the Court, Attorneys, or the public
• Maintaining accurate and up to date court records
• Handling the filings of legal and confidential documents
• Reviewing court calendars in preparation for court proceedings
• Processing legal documents such as Subpoenas and Warrants
• Provide information and assistance to Attorneys and the public
• Time stamp and distributing documents filed
• Preparing copy requests from other government agencies
• Creating new Criminal, Juvenile, Dependency and Miscellaneous cases
• Answering the phone to give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals

Minimum Training & Experience:

• Of a standard high school course including or supplemented by courses in typing, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
