Job Title: Dental Assistant in Pediatric Office

Location: Easton, PA 18045

Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Provide patient and parent/guardian homecare instructions.
2. Follow all guidelines, protocols, and policies with documentation for patient’s records (i.e. placing notes, charting, alerts)
3. Restock instruments and supplies throughout the office as necessary to maintain efficient work environment
4. Ensures operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; notifying when there is a need for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
5. Advise parent or guardian what to expect in the visit and address any concerns
6. Sterilize and deliver instruments to treatment area; position instruments for dentist's access; suction; pass instruments using four-handed dentistry.

Requirements:

Education - High school diploma or equivalent

Licensure/Registry - Radiology certification in the state of PA. CPR Certification. Must have Child Abuse Clearances and FBI Fingerprinting complete prior to your shift. Not Child Abuse Cleared?
