Dental Practice Manager - Bradenton, FL

We're looking for an experienced, positive, and patient-focused Dental Practice Manager to join our motivated and ambitious team in beautiful Bradenton. What You'll Do:
Oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations of the practice
Ensure adherence to office protocols and maintain a high standard of patient care
Actively manage Accounts Receivable and maintain healthy financial metrics
Present treatment plans and explain financial policies and payment options to patients
Process and follow up on insurance claims
Identify and implement operational improvements to boost productivity
Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, hygienic work environment
Lead daily huddles, team meetings, and trainings
Audit and manage the schedule for accuracy and optimization
Monitor unscheduled treatment reports and ensure timely follow-ups
Encourage team motivation with creative challenges and goal tracking
Conduct performance reviews and regular staff check-ins
Perform other management duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of dental office experience (required), with strong leadership experience
Dentrix and Dexis software proficiency
2- or 4-year degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred)
Availability Monday through Friday, between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (varies by day)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A calm, solution-focused mindset and ability to make independent decisions
