About the Role
Crew Contracting is seeking motivated individuals to join our canvassing team as Door-to-Door Lead Generators. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing them to our roofing services and setting appointments for our sales team. No direct selling is required—your job is simply to connect and generate quality leads.
Compensation Structure (1099 Contractor)
$150 each for your first 5 qualified leads per week
$200 for every qualified lead after your first 5 that week
2% commission on any project sold from your leads (average bonus: $300–$500 per project)

What You’ll Do
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners at the door
Introduce our company and services in a professional, friendly manner
Collect homeowner information and schedule appointments for our sales team
Meet or exceed weekly lead generation goals

Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
Self-motivated and results-driven—comfortable working independently
Reliable with strong time management skills
No prior experience required—training provided
