We are hiring enthusiastic, purpose-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives . In this role, you will support nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach, grassroots engagement, and community advocacy. No experience required – we provide paid training, mentorship, and professional development from day one.
Represent respected nonprofit partners at community events, outreach locations, and public spaces.
Engage the public in one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage community support.
Communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives in a professional, engaging manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily outreach and fundraising goals.
Assist with event setup, teardown, and management of outreach displays and branded materials.
Track community interactions and collect feedback to improve future campaigns.
Participate in team meetings and training focused on communication, leadership, and advocacy skills.

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required – full paid training provided .
Paid training in grassroots organizing, community outreach, and nonprofit fundraising.
