LSI Staffing is excited to announce openings for motivated and reliable individuals for Packager positions at a well-respected client in the Tiffany Springs area of North Kansas City.

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill Packager roles for 1st shift opportunities in Tiffany Springs. Responsibilities:

• Inspecting products for quality prior to packaging.
• Assembling boxes and containers for packaging.
• Carefully packaging products according to specifications.
• Accurately labeling packages.
• Maintaining a clean and organized packaging area.
• Meeting production quotas and adhering to quality standards.
• Performing additional packaging responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is necessary for this entry-level position; however, experience in general labor or packaging is an advantage.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential traits.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Must be available for the scheduled 1st shift hours.

Shift and Compensation:

• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Pay: $15.00 per hour
