No experience? No problem. We’ll train you every step of the way so you can start strong and earn while you learn.

What you’ll do:

• Engage with customers to showcase floor care products and solutions
• Deliver hands-on product demonstrations in homes and businesses
• Learn the complete sales process from first contact to close
• Track progress toward daily and weekly goals and celebrate team success
• Develop leadership and communication skills through ongoing mentorship
