IU Health has an outstanding opportunity for an Epic Senior Project Manager to join our Epic team at our Indianapolis, IN location. This full-time day shift role involves working in a hybrid capacity.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and direct high-priority and complex projects, often involving multiple applications and business areas.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and governance groups, providing administrative decision-making, leadership, and planning.
• Ensure project completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Facilitate current and future state business processes, requirements elicitation, solutions, development, and test management.
• Oversee resources assigned to projects and manage project scope and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification required or to be attained within 12 months.
• Experience with enterprise PPM tools.
• Strong skills with MS Office tools such as MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Experience with contractor and vendor management.
• Understanding of project accounting, financial management, and IT principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous project management experience preferred.
• Complex problem-solving experience a plus.
