Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Events Assistant will support the Events Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of event planning and execution
Coordinate logistics including vendor communication, venue setup, and equipment rental
Maintain event schedules, timelines, and task lists
Support onsite operations and ensure smooth event execution
Conduct post-event evaluations and compile feedback
Maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional materials
Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking
Manage guest lists and RSVP communications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Event Management or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in event coordination or hospitality
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
