About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for a Senior Living community in the Southeast. This is a unique opportunity to lead a community that is deeply rooted in the local area, with a strong and affluent resident base. The successful candidate will be more than just an operator; they will be a master of customer service and a community ambassador, engaging with residents, families, and local figures to uphold the community's esteemed reputation. The role involves stabilizing a strong team, particularly in the memory care segment, and enhancing the community's legacy. The ideal Executive Director will have a background in assisted living, with a proven track record in resident and team engagement. They must be adept at balancing operational and financial responsibilities while excelling in relationship-building. A strong understanding of sales and business development is essential, as is the ability to partner with the existing team to improve occupancy. The role is pivotal in a time of transition, and the Executive Director will be expected to navigate the political aspects of senior living leadership with finesse. A license in Louisiana is required for this position.
