The ideal Executive Director will have a background in assisted living, with a proven track record in resident and team engagement. They must be adept at balancing operational and financial responsibilities while excelling in relationship-building. A strong understanding of sales and business development is essential, as is the ability to partner with the existing team to improve occupancy. The role is pivotal in a time of transition, and the Executive Director will be expected to navigate the political aspects of senior living leadership with finesse. A license in Louisiana is required for this position.
