What You'll Do:

• Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess their life insurance needs and build custom financial protection plans.
• Develop powerful sales presentations and close high-impact deals with confidence and integrity.

• Leverage warm leads and high-quality referrals!

• Maintain strong, trust-based client relationships with exceptional follow-through.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and product knowledge to provide best-in-class advice.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in insurance or a related field.
• Previous experience in life insurance, sales required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, relatable manner.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity (preferred).
