Responsibilities: 

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner. 

• Qualify customer needs and recommend the best vehicle options that match their criteria. 

• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance. 

• Negotiate pricing and trade-ins effectively. 

• Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire purchase process. 

• Maintain knowledge of new models, inventory, and promotions. 

• Follow up with customers to ensure post-purchase satisfaction and encourage repeat business. 

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to team success. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous sales experience in automotive, retail, or related fields preferred, but not required. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven attitude. 

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and maximize earning potential. 

• Must be a team player with a customer-first mindset. 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior sales experience in an automotive dealership
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and energetic personality
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
