Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Facility Coordinator with clerical duties: filing, printing, scanning, faxing, and vendor communications
Enter data for requisitions and purchase orders related to office supplies, mailroom, contractors, and vendors
Maintain and assign lockers and parking permits, keeping accurate records
Communicate with janitorial staff and escalate facility concerns to the Facility Manager
Collaborate with the billing team to request and follow up on purchase orders
Provide timely, professional communication via phone and email
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement)
Skills & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent phone and email etiquette
Team-oriented and dependable
Languages:
English: Proficient (written and verbal) – Required
Spanish: Basic verbal skills – Preferred
Other Requirements:
Positive attitude, good attendance, and punctuality
Business casual dress code
Available for occasional overtime
