Job Title: Facility Coordinator

Pay: $21-24

Job Description

The Facility Coordinator will oversee warehouse operations in Clifton, NJ, focusing on safety training, inventory management, equipment maintenance, vendor coordination, and administrative support. This is a full-time, onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety training and compliance.
• Manage inventory and supply chain processes to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure operational continuity.
• Liaise with vendors to maintain strong working relationships.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in facility coordination.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management.
• Experience in equipment maintenance coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Familiarity with PIT driver records and audits.

Work Environment

This role is based in an onsite warehouse setting in Clifton, NJ. The environment is fast-paced and physically active, with a collaborative atmosphere involving operations, supply chain, and vendor teams.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
