We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Permanent Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a family-focused healthcare setting. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating our patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to manage patients' health needs. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and continuous primary care to patients of all ages, including routine screenings, health risk assessments, immunizations, and preventive care.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory diseases, and infectious diseases.
• Prescribe and manage medications and other therapies as per patient health needs.
• Provide health promotion, disease prevention, health education, and counseling to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in family medicine and nursing care.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Master's degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
• Valid DEA license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Proven experience in family medicine, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
• Strong knowledge of the principles and practice of family medicine, including the diagnosis and treatment of common acute and chronic health conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
