🚧 Construction Field Engineer – Job Opportunity

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day field operations, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, track progress, and prepare field reports.
• Interpret technical drawings and provide guidance to site crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and work schedules to maintain efficient construction workflows.
• Support quality control and verification of completed work.
• Identify and troubleshoot on-site issues, proposing cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including RFI logs, as-built records, and field changes.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and engineers to ensure timely project delivery.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of construction or field engineering experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Proficiency with project management and design software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
