Commercial Cleaning Team Member

Compensation:

• A pay rate that varies from $14.25 to $15.00 per hour, depending on expertise

• Control
• Ability to follow instructions: Strong ability to follow cleaning checklists and specific guidelines set by supervisor
• Reliability and trustworthiness: Maintaining a strong work ethic with commitment to completing tasks thoroughly and punctually
• Basic Maintenance Skills: Knowing how to perform minor repairs or maintenance on cleaning equipment's
• Physical stamina: Capability to perform physical demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Report cleaning emergencies, such as spills or accidents.
• Address and resolve clients concerns regarding cleanliness
• Periodically clean and clean heating and air conditioning vents.
