Job Details

The Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives in a startup environment and is ready to take ownership of features from concept to deployment. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and leadership team, build core systems, and influence the direction of the product from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end product features across the stack.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and small core team to define requirements and product direction.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment, iterating quickly on feedback and ideas.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the platform as it grows.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and help shape the long-term engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Previous startup experience is required.
• Proficiency with modern full stack development; preferred stack includes React, TypeScript, and Python (AI experience a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience owning features from design through execution.
