Are you an experienced General Manager in the janitorial industry looking for a great new career opportunity?
Directing and coordinating daily janitorial operations across multiple sites or clients.
Developing and implementing operational procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising janitorial staff.
Assist with managing employee schedules, time and attendance, and performance evaluations.
Providing guidance, support, and disciplinary action when needed.
Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure client satisfaction.
Seeking feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.
Assist with managing the budget for the janitorial services department.
Monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure profitability.
Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Participating in sales activities, such as networking and presentations.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in janitorial or facility management, including supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
