Job Description
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations and Performance Management:
-Provide daily support and counseling on employee relations and performance management.
-Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices.
-Resolve employee concerns and issues promptly.
-Implement and manage HR and employee relations programs.
HR Policies and Compliance:
-Partner with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
-Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
-Conduct necessary investigations.
Benefits and Payroll:
-Administer payroll processing, time and attendance, paid time off, and compensation programs.
HRIS and Reporting:
-Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system and prepare necessary reports.
Recruitment and Staffing:
-Post open positions, review resumes, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
Other Duties:
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or 1-2 years of HR experience (financial sector preferred but not required)
-PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
-Demonstrated leadership skills.
-Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
-Strong conflict resolution, communication, and presentation skills.
-Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities.
