Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to support key HR functions, including employee administration, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive approach to managing personnel records, benefits, and employee relations. Responsibilities: - Maintain and update personnel records to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. - Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. - Oversee new employee administration, such as onboarding processes and documentation. - Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies through audits and regular reviews. - Handle leave administration and monitor employee attendance records. - Conduct background checks and employment verifications efficiently and accurately. - Collaborate with teams to promote employee health and safety initiatives. - Respond to employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service. - Perform other HR-related duties as needed to support departmental goals. Requirements - Associate degree in a related field from an accredited institution. - Minimum of one year of experience in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Proficiency with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and ATS. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Critical thinking skills and a detail-oriented approach. - Experience in full-cycle recruiting and leave administration. - Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
