• Conduct and manage background checks for prospective employees.
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and processing paperwork.
• Support HR initiatives and projects to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist in tracking and reporting HR metrics to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to improve HR workflows and processes.• Previous experience in a Human Resources role or similar administrative position.
• Proficiency in conducting background checks and recruitment activities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
