Job Responsibilities Prospect, acquire, and cultivate new business opportunities related to Parts, Supplies, sheet metal, and replacement equipment products. Develop sales activities for Commercial Distribution Parts, Supplies, and Accessories, and support opportunities in Aftermarket Equipment Sales. Improve sales revenue and gross margin. Maintain accurate call history within the CRM system. Maintain relationships with key customers. Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to ensure an optimal customer experience. Educate new equipment purchasers on warranty coverage and claims procedures. Manage projects within client relationships, aligning client goals with company objectives. Visit assigned accounts, make sales calls, and develop strategies to best position products and services; identify and meet the needs of commercial customers. Keep a database of sales activities.
