Industrial Cleaner

Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as an Industrial Cleaner and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and want to contribute to our mission of excellence in commercial cleaning. Monday - Friday (Weekend optional) 4 hour evening shift per clean Weekly Pay on Fridays Engaged Management with on the job training

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of industrial facilities, including floors, machinery, and equipment.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repairs.
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote sustainability.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks and supplies used.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
