Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking dedicated and skilled Industrial Painter(s) to join their team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be an essential part of the production and maintenance department, supporting the team in delivering high-quality finishes on industrial equipment and structures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Painter(s)

Location: Waco, TX

Pay Range: $19 - $23 DOE

Shift: 2nd/3rd shifts

What's the Job?

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
• Apply primers, paints, and coatings to industrial equipment and structures
• Ensure all finishes meet quality standards and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in industrial painting or related field preferred
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of painting materials
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
