Job Description:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the SMT sales organization by assisting Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) in the field. This role focuses on driving sales growth and improving alignment between sales teams and main office resources. Responsibilities include providing product information, pricing, profit analysis, and managing quotation and order processes. The coordinator will also handle sales support activities such as order tracking, sales history, and communication with factories for special requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support (Approx. 20%)

• Assist RSMs with daily sales activities: cost of goods, equipment availability, SAP quotations, lead times.
• Prepare RFAs (Request for Approval) in ARIBA (SAP) for special payment terms, risk orders, consignment, scrap requests.
• Maintain ordered equipment information for service, PMO, and sales teams.
• Communicate with factories for machine specs, special development requests, and trial licenses.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy; request revisions as needed.
• Coordinate SAP account setup for new customers.
• Prepare complete order packages and submit to operations.
• Conduct meetings to share order status and confirm system accuracy.
• Support aftermarket sales manager with NEXUS system input and order processing.

Reporting & Analysis (Approx. 10%)

• Prepare weekly inventory and stock analysis reports.
• Monitor and maintain NEXUS system data for internal forecasting and factory reporting.

Other Duties (Approx. 10%)

• Support system changes through testing, collaboration, and knowledge transfer.
• Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Participate in training and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Handle projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in CPG industry for sales support or customer service.
• Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce.com.
• Strong job stability and reliability.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills and willingness to learn advanced functions.

Preferred:

• Experience updating product availability and system data.
• Ability to learn new tools and applications quickly.

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and adaptable.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, WFH Monday & Friday.
• Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible within 30 minutes for start/end).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
