Paid Internship Opportunity Administrative & Customer Service Support
Location: In-Office | Hours: 15-30 hours/week

Nick Stallone State Farm is seeking a motivated and organized Intern to support our insurance agents by performing administrative duties and assisting in customer retention and acquisition efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail, dedication to customer relations, and sales mindset will be valued and developed.

Role Overview:
As an intern with our agency, you will play a key role in supporting business goals by providing excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries related to insurance policies, and helping educate customers about their insurance options. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support agency business objectives through agreed-upon tasks and projects
• Set appointments
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing
• Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients on insurance options tailored to their needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally to meet customer needs while promoting business growth

Qualifications:

• Must be a full or part time undergraduate or graduate student enrolled throughout the internship duration
• Relevant coursework or interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
