Minimum qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, advertising, or related field, plus 5+ years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio. Minimum 18 years of age. Ability to pass a drug test. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Strong UX/UI principles knowledge and responsive design skills. Ability to produce high-quality visual designs with attention to detail. Effective communication skills and collaboration ability. Portfolio showcasing web and advertising designs with a working link. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles. Ability to work overtime occasionally. Desired skills and experience include: Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies and procedures. Experience working with printers, photographers, and art direction. Experience with animations, motion design, and/or video preferred. Knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and other design software.
