JEWELRY/DIGITAL DESIGNER (Finance) Create marketing collateral with the marketing team that aligns with corporate objectives, maintains visual continuity, and enhances effectiveness. Evolve and advance digital design work, creating seamless, user-centered digital experiences across platforms such as websites, digital advertising, and email campaigns, with some social media graphic support. Minimum qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, advertising, or related field, plus 5+ years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio. Minimum 18 years of age. Ability to pass a drug test. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Strong UX/UI principles knowledge and responsive design skills. Ability to produce high-quality visual designs with attention to detail. Effective communication skills and collaboration ability. Portfolio showcasing web and advertising designs with a working link. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles. Ability to work overtime occasionally. Desired skills and experience include: Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies and procedures. Experience working with printers, photographers, and art direction. Experience with animations, motion design, and/or video preferred. Knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and other design software. Key responsibilities include: Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service. Understand digital campaigns and think conceptually. Identify opportunities to enhance our digital brand presence and stay updated on best practices. Advance digital design work, creating user-centered experiences across platforms. Produce designs for websites, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media. Create intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs. Ensure designs align with brand identity and guidelines. Stay current with industry trends and technologies. Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes.
