Job Description
Qualified Maintenance and Construction is a service company that handles retail commercial facility maintenance with its home office in McQueeney, Texas. We service New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Corpus Christi, Victoria and all surrounding areas. We take pride in our work and have been named vendor of the year by several of our customers. We offer a competitive benefits and salary package along with growth opportunities.
We are currently searching for a licensed electrician service technician in the Houston area. This individual should possess excellent organizational skills and problem solving abilities. Based on the nature of our business, from time to time, our electricians might be asked to perform basic handyman work while on site if a work order encompasses more than electrical work.
Qualified candidates must also have their own tools. Please do not apply if you do not have a Journeyman or Master Electrical LICENSE .
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Troubleshoot and repair lights, electrical circuits, ballasts, etc.
· Replace lamps/ballasts
· Replace LED lights and drivers
· Site lighting – including pole, canopy and all exterior lighting
· Upgrading circuits
Qualifications
EDUCATION
• High school or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
• 5 + years’ experience required
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE
• Journeyman/Master Electrician MUST HAVE LIC
