WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: \n - Support the design process from kickoff through production to deliver the electrical drawing set and electrical bills of materials (EBOMs).
\n - Address issues identified during initial design reviews and ensure timely resolution.
\n - Collaborate across teams to resolve design issues, clarify scope, and ensure project alignment.
\n - Provide clarity and direction to support Production during the build and test processes.
\n - Coach and mentor the next generation of technical talent.
\n

YOU HAVE:
\n - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
\n - 2+ year experience preferred
\n - Proven experience in electrical design, project engineering, or manufacturing support roles.
\n - Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and power system design principles.
\n - Knowledge of bill of materials (BOM) creation and management.
\n - ERP system knowledge preferred
