• Evenings: +$3.00/hour
• Nights: +$1.00/hour
• Weekend Days: +$3.00/hour

• Flexible Schedule : Full-time and part-time roles available
• Shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

• Provide high-quality care to residents
• Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
• Implement and evaluate care interventions
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans
What You’ll Need:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current Colorado LPN license or Compact LPN license
• Long-term care experience is helpful but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply
