We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Orlando, FL. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, conducting research, managing content, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to contribute to exciting projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct market research and compile reports on consumer trends and competitor activities.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials including presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Manage and update databases, reports, and marketing documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling and organizing events.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a marketing, assistant, or administrative role is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
