We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to steward our brand narrative and amplify our presence across relevant markets.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing refined marketing strategies that uphold the St. Bernard brand and deepen emotional connections with discerning clientele. This role requires a strategic thinker with an acute understanding of positioning, brand storytelling, and aspirational customer experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about high-end fashion, brand representation, and delivering excellence at every touchpoint. Your presence and presentation in our stores is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with the brand’s positioning and long-term growth objectives.
  • Lead the conceptualization and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, events, and partnerships.
  • Curate compelling narratives that celebrate our heritage and customer experience..
  • Strategically manage influencer and ambassador relationships to maintain brand exclusivity and prestige.
  • Oversee content production with a discerning eye for visual storytelling, ensuring all materials online and in store reflect the standards and refinement of our brand
  • Lead strategic partnerships with media, retail partners, and cultural institutions.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, CRM, and social media, with a focus on our ideal customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver comprehensive campaign reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the appropriate sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the luxury or premium fashion sector.
  • Deep understanding of brand dynamics, consumer behavior, and the importance of brand standards.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a refined, brand-appropriate tone.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and luxury e-commerce best practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Global marketing experience in luxury fashion, jewelry, or high-end lifestyle brands.
  • Established network within luxury media, influencers, and cultural institutions.
