Join Our Team as a Health & Wellness Specialist

Position: Industrial Health Clinician
Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift 5a-3:30p
Location: Tomahawk, WI

Who You Are

You are a Certified Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant who is passionate about:

• Injury prevention and rehabilitation
• Employee wellness and workplace fitness
• Fostering strong communication and collaboration

What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Health Clinician, you will:

• Lead and maintain on-site injury prevention programs
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement early intervention strategies
• Develop and oversee wellness initiatives and provide job coaching
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
• Lead group or individual conditioning classes and personal training sessions
• Expand and promote the company’s workplace fitness program

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement injury prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching
• Engage employees through health-focused initiatives and educational workshops
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to optimize workplace wellness
• Track and analyze program metrics to measure effectiveness and success

Physical Demands

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
